Happy New Year and greetings from Avalon!
As we begin the New Year we are optimistic about our Club and our future. In 2010 we made some nice improvements to our golf course and upgraded some areas of our clubhouse operation. We will continue to do so in 2011 as long as we have the capital available. A key to our continued success and making improvements is certainly Member growth and creating additional rounds of golf. Our Members support of the Club and participating in various activities is vital for our continued improvement.
As in previous years we are continuing with our Associate Member program. The program contains many benefits to those who participate. We offer discounted rounds of golf, half priced range balls, and discounts on merchandise just to name a few. For those who play golf in a limited capacity this program is still a tremendous value. For those who play on a more frequent basis the Full Membership Single or Family; is an option with even a better value.
The Associate Membership fee for 2011 is $400 and non refundable. However as an incentive to join early, we are offering the Membership at $300 if purchased by January 31, 2011. To join, simply come by the Golf Shop and one of our professional staff members will process your application.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of my staff and me. And as important I want to thank you for supporting Landmark Golf Club at Avalon. We are indeed very proud of our Club and Community. It is simply a wonderful place to live and enjoy the game of golf.
